Small Town America - No Place Else I'd Rather Be

98th annual Gilford Old Home Day festivities brought everyone down to the Village....

Young and old joined together for a fun filled day of good old fashioned fun.

Children bring their exuberance and creativity onto a dozen or so floats that make their way up Belknap Mountain Road from the Town Hall to the cemetery.

Games set up by various local organizations in the Village field.
The dunking booth is always a crowd favorite!

A butterfly project done over at the Gilford Community Center brought an array of beauty to the tennis court fence.  Along with a beautiful message from Hunter B.

We may not be a lot of other places
~ that's okay ~
We are a small town ~ with a big heart!

More photos of the festivities over on my website www.karenbobotas.com

enjoy,

k
