Been Up in the Air Lately

... no I'm not "flying off the handle"  or have my "head up in the clouds"

just enjoying some milestones with some wonderful friends!

With another year come and gone my friend Deb and I took to the sky for our July flight with Lakes Biplane.

Here's a short video of our flight plan :)

.... we went pretty near straight up to the sky for a few seconds it was an experience

that would be best described as pure joy.



We smile.... we laugh.... and we experience.  It's pretty much what life is all about.

The Vieux...

Day tripping to Montreal for a photography seminar with Joe McNally.  Always a pleasure to attend a workshop or seminar put on by Joe and each and every time I walk away inspired with new ideas to spark my photography with a little "flash".   

But on this evening it was a just a bit of time to hit the streets of Montreal's Old Port.

 I love this part of the city for it's activity and style.

 Sure would have been great to just sit and "chill"....  :)

 but that will have to be on another visit...  this visit we had to fly.
