Portsmouth Waking Up

 The streets start to see some activity
 some folks "solving the world's problems"   ....while others just sit for a spell

"Window Shopping"  with my camera

letting the sights 


and sounds flow







reading about
 the world around us
 and probably only the only time you'd intersect "congress" with "pleasant" during your day!
