8 Years 32 Seasons

I love this photo.  It holds special meaning to me.  It was from the coast of Maine in Ogunquit back in 2008.  It was my birthday and the days venture brought me down to the seacoast for a beautiful summers day.

Watching these two young girls run into the water will always bring a smile.  It speaks of youth, carefree and the simple joys of life.

8 years and 32 seasons later this photograph continues to bring that smile.   Friends talk about "going back" to a place in time from their younger years.  I seem to always be the one that pipes up I'm happy where I am now.  It's not that I don't enjoy reminiscing; just no desire to go back.  

There is such joy in living   ....on to the next season!
